Cashew Grading involves the classification of the kernels based on color, shape, and size.  with the cashew grading machines, Cashew Kernels are graded into white(W), scorched (S) and desert (D), and whole (W) kernels or broken kernels like Splits (S), butts (B), pieces (P) and baby bits (BB).
